The integral type of P series (oil / gas)

    The integral type of  P series is an incinerator dedicated burner designing gun-type structure . Installed in the front end of the waste incinerator, it is mainly used for the incinerator start ignition, ignition burner to ensure that the incinerator at a certain heating curve temperature slowly to control the heating rate of the furnace; also controls the incinerator shutdown stage furnace cooling rate, protect the boiler grate furnace refractories.

 Characteristics

1 Burner bellows housing is aluminum alloy castings, light and sturdy, small size, compact structure;

2 Burners with integrated structure, fans (including motor), fire detection, ignition, valve mounted on the burner body connection is very easy to install.

3 With program controller,  the purge, ignition, flame detection, load operation and a series of  operation control automaticlly ;

4 Combustion head design to ensure efficient combustion rate;

5 Special combustion head design, can control the combustion state to adapt to the environmental needs of incinerator furnace, overcome combustion interference;

The separated  type of P serises(oil/gas)   

    A separated body type P serises  is the structure of a blower and burner body separation, use a greater load capacity, usually as a secondary burner to ensure that the the incinerator furnace temperature play a role in the auxiliary insulation.
